Does WHM support team actually monitor their domains ticket queue?

Hi

 

Has anyone has recent experience in reporting domain name related issues via the tickettting system?

 

I have a reseller club account and it directs me to domains@whmcs.com for support.

 

On the 19th December last year I submitted a ticket (#177063 incase anyone is wondering). I didn't receive a resolution to my issue at all which makes me think the support for domains is ineffective.

 

I submitted a ticket about 20 mins ago (#711425) which needs to be addressed urgently but I'm worried that its not going to get dealt with.

 

Anyone had any recent experiences?
