Late Invoice Payment Made Email

Recommended Posts

Not sure if this is the right place to put this, but sorry if it isnt. We have a lot of payments daily so we dont really want to or get emails for every invoice that is Paid - HOWEVER, we could use it so that if a suspended account, or past due payment has been made. We manually reactivate accounts that are NOT hosting - so we have to currently make customers do a support ticket when they make a pst due payment. Anyway to get notification of when just the past due or suspended accounts have been paid on?

Thanks

set your email client to filter out the messages you dont want ...

I don't think you understand what we are talking about. Example, ventrilo is added to WHMCS as a product. WHMCS does not support the ability to stop and start this service nor suspend it. (- Manual Suspend Required: First Last- ventrilo.server.com:9999 (Service ID: 234- User ID: 999 - Error: No Module). When said client pays his service, there is no email sent that said service has been paid and needs to be MANUALLY restarted. Therefore customer sits there with his paid service while it is still suspend because WHMS does not send out an email saying said service has been paid and should be reactivated. Now with webhosting this is not an issue because the module automatically does it.

othellotech talking about getting messages for when a late payment has been made. Not worried about new payments. I dont think there would be much of a way to filter it since whmcs doesnt say "late layment Made" Unless there was a way to make it say that.
