Closing Tickets

I made a test client and go into my test support ticket and my only option is to reply. I had someone do the integration to my site, could that be the problem?

 

Yes - it could have been removed from the template files.

 

What support module are you using?

 

Setup > General Settings > Support > Support Module ??
