SilverNodashi
I need to transfer some domains from eNom to NetEarthOne and keep getting this error: An Error Occurred {telno=Telephone Country Code/Telephone No. is invalid. Please note that only digits are allowed} This is the client's Phone number (under the Profile tab): 001250315xxxx (last digits changed for their protection) Yet, when I Modify the contact details for this domain, I get this: +1.001250315xxxx Our own contact details also gets changed to" +27.878059573 and even if I re-type it to 27878059573 and save it, it gets changed back to +27.878059573 And no matter what I do, I can't remove the "+1." from that field. I checked in eNom, and the phone number is 001250315xxxx - i.e. there's no "+1." on their profile. The only way to transfer the domain is to login to NetEarthOne and do a transfer manually. WHMCS = 4.2.2 PHP = 5.3.5 Apache = 2.2
newgenservices
You should only enter the phone number as it would be called from that country. No country codes should be entered. WHMCS adds the country code automatically when it submits to NEO.
SilverNodashi
Did you read what I said? I do only put the phone number in, WHMCS keeps adding the "+1." or "+27." prefix which then keeps the domain from being transferred across.
D9Hosting
We've had the same issue and removing the 00 from the start of the phone number worked for us, it didn't add any new characters.

I tried that already. In fact, even if I don't have any phone number in, it adds a "+1."
