lancegerstner
Is it currently possible to turn on Privacy Protection for a domain at NetEarthOne within WHMCS? I have checked the 'ID Protection' box and saved and then gone to NEO and checked, and the domains I have tested it on do not have Privacy Protection enabled. Am I supposed to be able to do this? ghpk
Does that domain extension allows "ID Protection" ?

Blueberry3.14
I'm looking for this as well. We're in the process of moving all domains over from eNom to NE1, and thought I *love* NE1's support and pricing...the logicboxes platform sucks a$$.

That wont do anything except show the box as ticked - you have to "order" the idprotect when you register the domain, otherwise its a manual job
SilverNodashi
That wont do anything except show the box as ticked - you have to "order" the idprotect when you register the domain, otherwise its a manual job so there's no way for a client to "order" ID protection afterwards? Is this a limit in WHMCS, or in the NetEartOne API?
lancegerstner
The API used by NEO has the ability to modify the Privacy Protection status. http://manage.netearthone.com/kb/answer/778 Is it not possible to add this as a hook when checking the box?

Wondering this as well as it's aspect we'd really like to automate since it's a free feature anyways. Users always asking us to enable or disable it which can't be done from WHMCS have to login to netearthone directly to do.
lancegerstner
This issue is resolved in v4.5. Cheers.
