websavers
Hi everyone... This is a general question for anyone using Psigate - are your transactional fees tracked in WHMCS? For example when you login to the admin interface and go to Billing > Transactions List, do you see fees of anything other than $0.00 for Psigate transactions in the Fees column? I'm trying to make this as automated as possible for export to accounting software, but I see $0.00 for all Psigate transactions. Manually calculating each of our transactions fees will be a major hassle. I thought I read somewhere here in the forums or in the WHMCS wiki stating that this is a limitation of the Psigate API, but I now can't seem to find it anywhere. If this is true, do we need to petition Psigate to make this happen? Thanks for your input. Jordan
mrl14
They are not tracked. PSIgate just bills you at the end of each month anyway and you can adjust your records using that data.

Indeed - as I had thought. Psigate doesn't even have the transaction fees within their own panel! You have to wait until the payment at the end of each week to see that. That said, there's still a constant x + y% amount that we would need to manually enter in to each transaction in WHMCS. I'm surprised the Psigate module doesn't have an option to 'Supply your per transaction fee and discount rate here:' such that we can simply enter it in and have WHMCS add the fee for each transaction... it's not like that rate changes very often.
