markb1439 Posted March 29, 2011 Share Posted March 29, 2011 Hi, We're looking for a helpdesk solution that has remote login for WHMCS and WordPress. So far, Vision is the only one we've found that meets these needs. I've heard good things about it, however I'm not impressed by the design of their site and the look of the helpdesk itself. I know it can be customized, but of course I'd prefer to start with something that is already more like I think it should be. Any opinions on Vision? Rebel Posted April 1, 2011 Share Posted April 1, 2011 we are playing with it now - here is the issue - our company is growing rapidly now, i have 3 support techs and will add a few more - i need them to see some customer data, but not all of it - yes i can play with WHMCS to limit views, but i cant track repose times, SLA's etc -- vision helpdesk looks promising but .. we still do not have it working as it should - worse part - on their own site we broke the login share from whmcs and the ticket system -- so.. not 100% sold on it - - does anyone have it working fully? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
