technick
Hi all, I have slightly tweaked my New Account Information email over and over however it still shows as a phishing message in peoples mail clients. Any ideas?
SleekServ
This might not be the email itself, but your way of sending it. I found, when I was having the same problem, that the cause was using phpmail(); instead of the smtp. phpmail doesn't send all the header information that a mail client is looking for to decide an email is valid. So by creating the noreply@ email (or whatever you use) and using SMTP to transmit, our emails get authenticated just about 100% of the time. Thats how I fixed our issue that was similar anyways, no guarantee its the solution to yours.
Daniel
The temporary URL has caused this in the past too due to the format.
