m8internet
Put a note in the welcome email to add the Domain Name to the safe list, or there is a risk that the email with the settings and renewal notices may be treated as spam
simplybe
Yes thats the best way to do it. The emails are usually picked up as spam because of the content such as urls and ip's nothing we can really do about it other than warn clients in the welcome email. Also worth telling them that if they do not receive the email a copy can be obtained from the client area under 'my emails'

Agreed, also because when someone makes an order they will receive 3 emails quite quickly. You can also make a note that users can access their emails from inside their account on your website. StefanNET
Yes I know for inside access, but its bothering me that all my emails goes to spam, how to remove that, to go normally to inbox? is it somehow possible? Or even to prevent from it? Cause how big companies like godaddy etc send normally emails without ending up in spam?
m8internet
The emails are sent with the URLs included, as a result most programs recognise them as a high risk exploitation Sadly it is not possible to send these in HTML format, in which case the link could be converted into plain text The link that causes some issue is : http://{$service_server_ip}:2082/ Now you could remove this and compare However, you might struggle with this one : Temporary Webpage URL: http://{$service_server_ip}/~{$service_username}/ This is the one that is the main issue and without it your customers cannot view and check their website until the Domain Name has propogated All the providers I have used encounter the same issue where an external non-matching Domain Name is used in the email Edited March 6, 2011 by m8internet
