looking for a better ticketing system than WHMCS's built-in system

Hi,

 

Does anyone know of an alternative helpdesk system than the WHMCS's built-in one, but which can share client info?

 

The built-in WHMCS helpdesk system strips-off all HTML coding and we loose out on a lot of valuable support information which causes a lot of problems between staff and clients.

 

Since this feature won't be implemented in WHMCS, I need something else.

 

Any suggestions?

We've been using Kayako v3 with it and have it integrated fully (login share etc). It's non-trivial to do, and Kayako's new version is not only rather expensive but bloated and unusable so far. The simplest way is to get whatever desk you want and simply change links in WHMCS, but it won't loginshare that way.
