Leuthcorp
My domain expired on the sixth of february. I have been unable to log in, unable to re-up my yearly payment, unable to contact a single soul at AP either through their submit ticket, sales, any email addresses I have in my gmail account from past communications. I am very angry. Last year I lost my domain to thieves. That was my fault for forgetting. This year, if I lose my domain to thieves because ArteryPlanet is down, not even sending verifications of my password to my registered email address, Artery Planet is footing the damned bill for thieves outrages cost requests. Last I checked, my former domain is STILL $250. So if there are any artery planet reps skulking around here, I would greatly appreciate you contacting me. Feel free to use the private message system here.
striddy
How does this relate to WHMCS?
othellotech
They're a WHMCS user, and enom reseler - can you not simply request a new lgin through their WHMCS (which is automated) and renew the domain ? Failing that take it up with enom support, whi whill contact them on your behalf http://www.enom.com and click "support centre" top right.
Leuthcorp
@Othellotech Thank you sir. I was able to get a live person on the phone and problem resolved in minutes. I guess I will be joining the other guy at ripoffreport.com in reporting arteryplanet. I thought they were good. The last week has proven otherwise....
