bear
Just need to see if I'm alone in this. Using Enom as the registrar, had set up ID protect to be available on domain registrations while still using the 3x version of WHMCS. Worked as expected, had numerous orders that chose it, was billed and paid and so on. Upgraded recently to 4.4.1, and hadn't had any domain orders until today, when much to my surprise, they got free ID protection with the order. Checked the settings, it's yearly and correct (unchanged from before), but going to my site using a test account, ordering a domain suggests "ID Protection (FREE!)" with a blank checkbox to select it. This just me? Can anyone check their own installation where ID protect is *not* supposed to be set to free?

bear
Bizarre, thanks. Maybe it's a DB issue... [edit] Found the cause. Looks like the settings are not the same as in the earlier version, and I needed to add it to the domain pricing section.
