lightbeing creations
When a cancellation request comes in from a client, will that stop any existing invoice reminders being sent, or do I need to cancel the invoice manually to stop them?
Tomas
You will need to cancel/refund the invoice manually.

WHMCS CEO Matt Posted January 21, 2011 WHMCS CEO Share Posted January 21, 2011 Just to clarify, once a cancellation request is submitted no further invoices will auto generate for that item and so no further charges will be made. But yes if the invoice has already generated for the next cycle cancelling that would be a manual process, or indeed if you're refunding them for the current month as Tomas suggests then refunding that also would be manual. intellithreatWHMC
Just noticed that the cron job is running but is not terminating accounts that have a cancellation request pending in them. I checked and we do have the option to automatically terminate accounts with cancellation requests when due checked off. I still have to go in manually and terminate these accounts. All invoices are automatically generated and payments are handled accordingly and suspension of accounts is all done fine so I know the cron job is definitely running... It just seems to be missing the Terminate Accounts section. Any idea on that?
