Include invoice items on first page

Hello,

 

I'm trying to include out customers invoices at the front page. A quick overall info about their customer status, but i cant get it to work.

 

{foreach key=num item=invoice from=$invoices}
<Here i have some code to show the invoices>
{foreachelse}
No results
{/foreach}

 

If i pase this code in clientareainvoices.tpl file, it works. But when i try to have it in the homepage.tpl file, i get the "No results" error, as defined if there are no invoices to show..

 

Any ideas?

you need to find the invoices and put them into the array

It would be nice if I didn't have to pay someone to reinvent the wheels..
