Sub-accounts No Link to Contact Management

If you have a subaccount setup so that they have permission for "View & Manage Contacts", but "Modify Master Account Profile" is not checked, there is no link for the subaccount to get to manage contacts, since the "My Details" link will not get them there.

I have the same problem, I am using version 4.5.2. Did anyone find a fix for this?
