Occasional welcome email missed / IP email errors / other issues.

Hi,

 

I have been getting support tickets asking why the clients account has been suspended and/or why they are getting error messages when accessing CPanel. After digging around at why this kept happening, I found that the line in the welcome email

 

Control Panel URL: http://{$service_server_ip}:2082/

Once your domain has propogated, you may also use http://www.{$service_domain}:2082/

 

it was adding a space at the end of the IP so it would end up looking like this in the actual email that was sent to the client

 

Control Panel URL: http://198.283.33.33 :2082/

 

And this was causing the error. Any way to fix this?

 

Also I have been having issues with emails not being sent out (particularly welcome emails after the account has been setup and approved) and I have ended up having to do them manually.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.
