sunshine
I am setting up my web server. When i was testing the ticket system, the automated emails have a mailed-by and my host name. I am currently a reseller of the host and would like to go white label. I purchased a dedicated IP but my host said its not possible to remove mailed-by. Any suggestions guys? I want the mailed-by removed.

ckh
I'm assuming this is a line added in the email header and not something that is displayed in the email itself. I don't think that is a normal email tag, so your host may be adding it so they can easily track spam coming from an account on the server.
HostOrca
It's added to the email by the server as stated above. The only way it can be removed is for your supplier to change the setting. If they are not prepared to do that then you are stuck with it.
Grizzlyware Josh
If they don't want to remove it, your only option would be to use a different SMTP server?
