Hi,

the 4 days I try to make with that the WHMCS functions so far creating accounts in my resale but nothing.

 

It would like please that they alguem me step by step passase as I inside configure a server (mine it is one resale WHM) of the WHMCS so that it automatically creates the accounts of my customers (cpanel).

 

Thanks a lot all, I am thankful since already the attention.

Hello Victor,

 

I will try to guide you...

 

1) Login to the admin, click the Configuration tab, and then click "Manage Servers"

2) Add your server and make sure you put in the correct IP, your whm login and password. (if your server is already there, make sure the login/pass are correct)

 

3) Go back to the Configuration, click "Products/Services". Create a new product and click the "Server Setting" tab. Make sure the "WHM Package Name" is exacltly same as the one in your WHM

 

Also, in the bottom, make sure you check one of the options.. I suggest you check " Automatically create the account as soon as the first payment is received "

 

That should be it !

 

Now you can test to see if it works.. Create a test client and click add the hosting package you just created in step 3. It should automatically create it in your whm !

Hello ramystyle!

 

I obtained to configure, already he is creating accounts automatically.

the name of the package (in whmcs) was a little different of the registered in cadastre one in whm, and had a problem with the so great in record that was greater that the available one.
