I dont have any experience with SPBAS but i'm more than positive WHMCS would work perfectly for what you're trying to accomplish. If you go into your client area on this webite you will see how WHMCS has licenses setup and downloads too.

I often sell PHP scripts and WHMCS works perfect for it, plus the admin interface is amazing...i'd look no further :P

Especially since you can set it to right after payment is received to give them the license key and download the specific file...everything is automated :)

Plus you have a support system built in too...

I also don't have any experience with SPBAS but we well a software using the WHMCS Licensing add-on and it works perfectly and I'd highly recommend it. Not to mention if you use Joomla our software can seamlessly integrate WHMCS into the Joomla platform.

WHMCS - Highly Recommend!

I am facing one big issue, that WHMCS doesn't support multiple stores and we have 3 stores and we launching more soon and it would be very difficult for us to manage from multiple backends.

I have 3 hosting sites offering different style/type of hosting, and only use one WHMCS

but look at prices

WHMCS - Owned License $249.95 One Time Unlimited Customers 1 Years Support & Updates Included - Optional Renewals @ $44.95/Year after that

SPBAS - SPBAS Max $999 Unlimited Customers 6 months Support & Updates Included - Renewals @ $199 / 6 Months after that

How do you manage 3 sites under one account ? Lets take an example that you three companies URL is -

http://www.abc.com

http://www.xyz.com

http://www.mno.com

Will, I be able to have, customer portals on 3 domains, like-

http://www.abc.com/customerportal

http://www.xyz.com/customerportal

http://www.mno.com/customerportal

Will I be able to have a common admin area, from where my support staff can handle queries of the customers of these 3 companies?
