Disappointed - Paid for module but get no replies since Feb

I had paid to develop the IPMirror registrar module since Nov 06. Got no replies until I sent in a helpdesk ticket number 271373 in Jan 07 after 2 mths with emails in between which Matt claimed did not received.

After which a couple of replies followed and the module was to be due end of Feb as reflected by ticket subject amended by Matt - "IPMirror Module Updates - DUE: 30/02/2007".

Following that, all my last 3 update requests(Dated - Posted: 21/02/2007 12:59, Posted: 08/03/2007 07:29, Posted: 03/04/2007 04:23) appended to the ticket trail did not get any reply. What happened? I'm very disappointed with the attention given to a paying customer with delivery deadlines missed without any explaination or response.

It's not professional at all! I still want my module completed, but am not getting any priority. WHMCS is a great script, but customer service should not be neglected to such shocking extend.:evil:

I think it will be pretty hard to find anyone on this message board that would agree with you; even though your statements may all be true, there must been a technical reason. I know 1st hand that Matt is ALWAYS been very responsive to my posts in the forums, and when opening tickets. I too have contracted Matt to do a little work for me, and I can't say that I had anything but a great experience working with Matt and/or his staff.

...and Yes, WHMCS is an awesome product, and anyone thats used it can confirm this. Anyone thats never used WHMCS, they don't know what they are missing and probably struggling with whatever product they are using.

2 THUMBS UP FOR MATT & WHMCS!

I am not going to remove your post, delete it, or even edit it.

I paid for a custom MOD from Matt and got it within 8 days. He stayed in contact with me, and delivered on schedule as promised.

Sorry but I have to call your bluff

The feature request tickets you refer to about being closed were for features already present. You'll find that whenever anybody posts a feature request that's already included or already possible but in another way I reply and lock the request - it's the standard practice. And I don't know what unanswered posts you are referring to but it's obvious you have a problem with me as is seen by your posts on here and WHT regarding this so I would ask that you refrain from posting any furthur false accusations - it won't help anyone but feel free to contact me individually.

Sunburnt, regarding your module, as you are aware initially when it was first taken on it was found to be not possible to implement due to field requirements not present in WHMCS. At that time you asked to wait until it became possible, I did however offer you a refund at that time despite having already spent time on it. I'm not sure how long it's been now but if you can reply to the ticket so it gets re-opened and brought to the top of the list then I'll take a look at what the problem is.

Matt, I had replied to the ticket #271373 on 3 occassions (Dated - Posted: 21/02/2007 12:59, Posted: 08/03/2007 07:29, Posted: 03/04/2007 04:23) and it does not get to the top of your list? Maybe there's a bug somewhere? I just checked that the ticket status is "closed". I had just replied to the ticket for the 4th time. Pls see if it gets to your top list.

I'm not here to bash WHMCS, it's a fantastic product and I have been very patient while Matt relooked into the APIs and actually said it's possible for the module to be done thus I did not pursue for a refund. However, I'm frustrated that I'm not getting a response for so so long. Let's get the module completed.

Wow...seems like your life is just full of disappointment. I mean...when I call any business and do not get someone to jump up for me I get really upset....whatever. I have yet to have any problems with support at WHMCS...whether it from the forums, support ticket, or chat (when it was around). If your post were deleted then it was for a reason. From what I see it was for features that were present...if you checked out the product or asked you may have gotten an answer. However, you decided to come into here, hijack the post, and state that you alone have been left out to wonder the plains of Planet WHMCS to find answers because no one else will assist you. Please give us a break with your attempts to bad mouth WHMCS.

Matt does a great job at support the program, and listens to all comments....bad or good. What business is there that is 100% without any upset clients....you find it let me know. I am sure your business is not perfect either, but if it is let us all know. You have become the first human to run the perfect business with no issues.....

Sure , first you remove my last post here , than blocked my username , than disabled making new users starting with 'intram' , and than you start making post I cant answer ? Really great team you are  , it really proves your integrity.

And for what its worth , NONE of the features I ever asked for are present and the bug I mentioned is still in the new release !

Intramanga,

Intramanga,

I have an idea...build your own WHM management system and work on it. Then you can put your features into it, spend the time on it, and then work with clients who complain like you do.

As for me, and I can assuse you most of the current clients...they will stick with WHMCS which works for us.

I am closing this post because it is getting repetative, and NOT BECAUSE I DO NOT LIKE YOU. Only because there is nothing more to go with on this. If you feel that you have been done wrong then submit a ticket and handle it that way. How would you feel if someone came on your forum and stated junk about your service? What would you? Probably delete the post to keep your name in sake
