aquiss
Good Afternoon, We are currently testing whmcs and generally things are going well, however i've come across an issue (maybe a bug). If we delete a product/service from a client using the delete link (at the bottom of product/service) page it would appear that this deleted products is still being added to the next invoice on that clients account. I've checked the mysql database tables, but can't for the life of me find which one contains the products/service in order that I can make sure that the statuses for products are cancelled/removed? Is there anyway to stop this? Have we missed a step to correctly removing a product/service from a client?
othellotech
1. dont delete things from your db - set them to cancelled or terminated instead, beter yet use the *terinate*button to remove them from the server which sets them to terminated for you 2. it's not possible for a *deleted* record to be found in the query and put on an invoice
