ramystyle
Hi, we have a client that would like to add the ID Protection option to his domain that was bought about three months ago. I looked everywhere and could not figure out where to find the domain addons... I know that when a client purchases a new domain, he is given the option to pick ID Protection.. But what about clients that want to add this service at a later stage ? Thanks for your help.
optize
AFAIK -- You can't. You need to put in the order manually though eNom and check the ID Protection box on the domain management screen.
othellotech
But what about clients that want to add this service at a later stage ? ISTR the API doesnt allow for it to be added/removed other than at domain registration, so you have to do "management" of it at http://www.enom.com
