silentkiller
What I meant was, how many of you actually enable that ?
Adam
What I meant was, how many of you actually enable that ? Shouldn't you enabled it? I mean customers to cancel from time to time, its better to get an email saying that this customer wants to cancel his or her hosting rather then you emailing them demanding for a hosting payment. From, Adam I got that enabled - it's so useful when clients do not want to renew their hosting plans.

MediaIgniter
Enabled, why make your customers go through hell to cancel? I know there's a few companies I'll never do business with again just because it was a pain in the a** to cancel.
