PayPal Renewal Amount Issue

Hi all,

A client of mine signed up for a yearly hosting package, and 1 year .com domain. The invoice total came as $hosting+domain for the first 364 days then $hosting every year. They subscribed to PayPal so starting from the second year, I don't get the $domain renewal amount.

Has anyone noticed this? I'm running WHMCS 4.0.2.

Thanks,

Gonzalo

Subscriptions are not created for domains.

This has been an ongoing issue for us. With each upgrade, I keep hoping that a solution will be offered to this. It is very confusing for customers not to mention a pain. There should be a way for customers to set up paypal subscriptions for the domains, not just the hosting.
