day3
Hi, I am in the process of customizing all of the automatically generated emails in WHMCS and I have found the one which sends out an invoice and I've found the ones which tell a customer that their domains are expiring and they need to renew them but I can't find one which asks them to renew their hosting. Many of my customers pay for multiple years of domain registration at a time but renew their hosting every year. In a year where the domain name doesn't need renewing but their hosting does, what email will they receive? Many thanks, Peter

day3
They receive an invoice due email. Thank you, Laszlof, I appreciate you taking the time to respond. Do you mean the "Invoice Created" email? If so, is there a way to differentiate within the email whether it's being sent for a new domain or a renewal? Maybe using ($client_status) ?
Damo
The "Invoice Created" email will contain line item/s that state whether the domain name is being registered or renewed. There's no variable that I'm aware of that you'll be able to use to differentiate.
