Rilly Posted October 5, 2010 Share Posted October 5, 2010 Hi ! I have several custom fields created that customers have to enter when they rent a service from me. The fields are the same for each product. If I go under the client --> Products and Services, select one of the Plans, then under the list of fields, I change the Product / Service plan from pla 1 to plan 2 - all the values the customer entered on that page get cleared - and there is no getting them back, even though I didn't click save. Any ideas why this happens, and how can I get it so that when I upgrade a csutomer from plan 1 to plan 2, I don't need to re-enter all the custom field values?
