  1. ahh.. i had opened a new browser window but didn't think about it keeping me logged into admin thanks!
  2. Hi - I'm trying to enable maintenance mode to prevent people logging into the client area, but its still letting them login and do everything. In the xdcc admin area, it says maintenance mode is enabled. From what I understand, enabling maintenance mode creates a maintenance.txt file, but where does it place it? I don't see one getting created -Rilly
  3. I guess no solution for this? is this a bug?
  4. Hi - sorry this may be a dumb question heh.. but - there doesn't need to be anything installed on the servers that are being monitored then? and no prerequisites on those servers? Or - do you need to already be using the WHMCS server uptime script on the servers?
  5. Hi ! I have several custom fields created that customers have to enter when they rent a service from me. The fields are the same for each product. If I go under the client --> Products and Services, select one of the Plans, then under the list of fields, I change the Product / Service plan from pla 1 to plan 2 - all the values the customer entered on that page get cleared - and there is no getting them back, even though I didn't click save. Any ideas why this happens, and how can I get it so that when I upgrade a csutomer from plan 1 to plan 2, I don't need to re-enter all the custom field values? Rilly
  6. Hi John, Is it only the security questions that use that cc_encryption_hash ? Will restoring an older config with a different hash cause any other issues to potentially break? (assuming all the rest of the info in the config is the same of course)
