Dedigeeks-Sean
Hello, I was wondering, why do accounts when terminated through the WHMCS automation system auto set the accounts to inactive under the customers profile field? I have had several accounts terminated, suspended, and each time the profile field always shows the client as still being active, on each occasion I need to continuosly go and change them to inactive on any account that is terminated etc... Anyways to have this auto correct, or, have I missed something to edit, or cron? Thank you, Sean

Thank you, Sean Just because a clients product/service has been terminated, it doesn't necessarily mean the client themselves are inactive. Some clients have more than one service, which could still be active.

I am more saying that once the account is terminated and more primarily to the fact after atlast 45 days they do get there accounts offically terminated the account remains in an active stance even though they have no other active services with us. I have to manually edit the account to show inactive, it really destroys the purpose of a search filter that WHMCS has imposed on it's lookups of inactive/active accounts ??

Every company has it's own policy/rule/decision about what consititutes a closed or inactive client - you can either change them manually, or write a simple hook for the cron to do it for you

Just the way I like to be organized is all
