Chasem
Hi guys, I'm currently setting up enom as my primary registrar. How exactly does WHMCS interact with enom in regards to setting up DNS servers? Right now I have my cPanel webserver, it automatically makes the account correctly. When the customer orders a domain name, would WHMCS automatically fill in the DNS entries correctly? For example in Enom would it point to ExampleServer.myhost.com ? from the WHMCS Servers section. Would I have to purchase the enom DNS servers for $4/year? Hopefully I am explaining myself clearly. I already have NS1, NS2.myhost.com but these nameservers are not affiliated with the cPanel server / WHMCS
Chasem
Okay better question: How do I get the DNS settings in enom to point to my cPanel server? I try different options, but the DNS settings in enom are blank. I am using the resellertest right now.

Lawrence
When you configure a server in WHMCS, it asks you to provide the names of 4 nameservers that point to it (usually something like ns1.my-domain.com and so forth) When registering a domain and setting up the hosting account, WHMCS provides those nameservers to eNom and that's it. Without more information, there isn't much I can suggest. The best thing to do is contact WHMCS support.
ninak
Go to your enom account. Click Domains - Avanced settings - Register a nameserver- Once you are on the register a nameserver page follow the instructions and you should have no problems.
