jdwalte3
I use Enom for domains and id protect. We just had a customer pay an Invoice for domain renewal which also included ID protect on the invoice line item however the only thing that renewed was the domain...not ID Protect. I've noticed this issue previously before but just logged into Enom and renewed the ID Protect. Any suggestions? Line Item from Invoice: Domain Renewal - domain.com - 1 Year/s (11/04/2010 - 11/03/2011) + ID Protection JW
scurrell
Happens to us too. We just assumed that WHMCS wasn't capable of doing the renewals for some reason.
othellotech
enom renew the id protect usually before the domain renewal - check your account settings and transaction history @ enom
scurrell
enom renew the id protect usually before the domain renewal - check your account settings and transaction history @ enom Provided you've set it to auto-renew at Enom. For the sake of $5, we enable it. If they subsequently don't want it, we've only lost $5.
jdwalte3
Yes, I guess I expect that if I set it in whmcs to renew ID Protect that it does it. I do not want to manually check behind the system...kinda defeats the purpose. Jon
