Having Multiple Invoice Templates

We are trying to set up reselling of our services. Our customer would like to have their branding on the invoice and all of the emails. The emails I believe we can do by just making a second copy and assigning them to the particular products that we have set up for them. The invoice is another story, and i was wondering if this was something that was possible.

They would really need their own WHMCS if they want "branding" etc
