ahmednitul
Hello, I have just started using WHMCS and you may call me a "very newbie" Its working very smooth for me! just got stuck-ed into a very small problem. Due to my business based in Bangladesh (ASIA) - I have got an offline merchant account (Virtual Terminal) that let me process credit cards with valid identifications provided. Therefore, my merchant require me to provide Card number, expire date & cvv2 code; in order to process cards offline. I see that WHMCS asks for CVV2 code while checking-out, however- it does not shows on the pop-up screen of "Offline card processing" therefore, I am not able to charge my clients for their invoices. I need someone to guide me though, how to view the CVV2 code or if its not enabled by default then how should I get it enabled and showed in the processing window? Best wishes, Ahmed Nitul, CTO & Cofounder Technojoint (USA) Incorporated.
bear
To comply with PCI regulations, WHMCS will not store this number. This is only used for live transactions and passed to the processor then discarded.
