Daily Cron Acitivity Report and Failed Admin Logins Create Tickets.

Is it normal behavior for WHMCS to create a support ticket for the Daily Activity Report (Cron) and failed admin logins? I get these notifications as New Opened Support Tickets, with ticket numbers, yet they do not exist in the ticket database. I am wondering if this is normal behavior? I don't recall the Daily Activity Report as being a Support Ticket.,
