everythingweb Posted August 11, 2010 Share Posted August 11, 2010 We're busy developing 3 new modules for our WHMCS as we use Freshbooks and would like to have a single system instead of multiple to track what we need. --------------------- Time Tracking Module Here are a few screenshots: 1) Time tracking per project - http://grab.by/grabs/883b837e2d1bdddbad93250aff3bf22e.jpg - with the ability to "unbill" which will not include the hours in the invoice reports 2) Project overview - http://grab.by/grabs/85295adb59fe06adab8353886d9bf846.jpg 3) Tasks per project - http://grab.by/grabs/61085c7f90c73af69ea8b2e1fa4a5249.jpg 4) Reports - http://grab.by/grabs/7656e0b11cce624dedad1b11a2d60753.jpg and http://grab.by/grabs/c0690f953807a7da91b52aecfee1850e.jpg - with option to email to client Currently busy with exporting report to Invoice for client. Clients are linked to the WHMCS clients of course. Looking at around $35 / license Expense Tracking Module This will be a module where you can capture your expenses during the month (with the ability to select the VAT/TAX rate included), assign to a client, and view reports on expenses. Looking at around $25 / license Portfolio Plugin Fairly simple plugin to upload portfolio items; Title, Description, URL, Thumb and Large image. Front end will output like a 'gallery' with a lightbox opening up large image + description. This will be around $15 / license --------------------- Please let me know if anyone will be interested in such modules.
