limiting support features

Hi

today I hired an employee in my company.

and he has a trile test for 1 month.

any way i was looking to limit some features but couldn't know how to let him view all tickets (open. pending...) except the closed ones.

to make it clear I don't want him to see the closed tickets only.

because they have some clients details and things I don't want his to see.
