Did anyone get responses from GlobalSign?

Recommended Posts

Hey there,

Recently I've saw THIS and I decided to sign up.

I followed the link on the post (http://www.globalsign.com/partners/whmcs/). Then I filled-up all details in the "Get more info & enter prize draw!" and submit.

After that the system prompted that a representative will get back with me soon, but I did not receive a single email from GlobalSign. I've submitted 3 times (after aprox. 3 days I submitted again) in total to ensure that they can receive the sign-up.

I'm just curious if anyone really receive their reponses or that's just an marketing trick

I applied 12 days ago and got a call the next day. It took me a week before I actually filled out the application form but was approved and activated within hours. They've called twice since to make sure everything was going ok.

I'm surprised to even see this thread as it's completely different than the experience I had.

I have the guys contact information I will PM to anyone wanting it. He was great.

We've been waiting for some days now and still no response. Currently, we're using eNom and think that we'll just stay with them. Personally, i think that having to wait literally days, or even weeks form what I've seen by some other posts here, is not good business. We didn't even receive so much as an auto-responder for the initial form submission to assure us that it was successfully submitted and/or received. Initial impression of this company, not too good thus far.

As a follow-up to my previous post, we've since been in contact with GlobalSign. Our sales manager has been absolutely amazing and of immense help to us. As said before, my first opinion of GlobalSign wasn't all that great, due mainly to the lack of communication. The support that we've received from GlobalSign has been amazing; second to none.

However, our sales manager has completely changed our outlook on their company and I'm pleased that we've formed a new partnership with them. We will be encouraging our current clients to renew their certificates which were purchased through us with GlobalSign, as opposed to the company with whom we used to partner.

Simply put... It can take a bit to hear back from somebody initially, but once you've made the choice to partner with them, I don't think that you will regret it. I foresee a long, lasting, and strong partnership with GlobalSign for us. One thing that I would suggest for GlobalSign though, is to send out some form of auto-confirmation that the application was successfully submitted and received; at the minimum.
