Where would the best place be to do this be? Im not that great with code. Im looking for a custom report that would print me the customer along with notes added to their ticket. The purpose of this is for the manager to review ticket notes and decide what needs to be billed and what is part of the support contract. We're also in need of some accounting reports. 1) Accounts Receivable Aged Report - SUMMARY 2) Accounts Receivable Aged Report - Individual I have details (printed samples) of what is needed. Anyone game for this? We may try to do this via a remote connection to the MySQL database, but having it included in the WHMCS interface would be great.
