iambleaching Posted July 3, 2010 Share Posted July 3, 2010 Sometimes after I replied a ticket or submitted a new ticket, it goes back to the view ticket page with this notice on top. "Admin viewed this ticket and started making a reply @ xxxxxxxxxxxxxx" The message I wrote never went through and I have to retype everything again. It is very frustrating when that happens.
