verdictjosh
you want to integrate whmcs to be the same theme as your website? this is fairly easy just edit the header and footer and the style sheet if you don't know how to do that I suggest you hire someone to do that. I'm pretty sure whmcs itself offers this service however another popular group to do it is paytondesigns.com

vchosting
This is purely down to your CSS style sheet affecting the layout from the template. You need to integrate the CSS style sheet from your template and from the portal version of WHMCS. If you are not sure what you are doing then you need to hire someone to carry out WHMCS integration fro you! I assume you want it closer together rather than spaced out as yours currently is like I have it on mine http://www.vc-hosting.com/live/index.php
