vchosting
Interesting - I am just integrating the chat module at the moment and this is causing the javascript errors. We are working to resolve those though. Should hopefully be done later today! In relation to the javascript load, alot of that is due to the live support module but we have tried to use quite abit of javascript throughout the site to provide a better user experience. Thanks for your feedback!
Pyloth
Its nice, but I do have to admit, that it doesn't look as smooth as it should. It seems a bit bulky, especially when you click "My Account" and the drop down opens. I believe with a bit more work, this could fit right in perfectly. vchosting
Its nice, but I do have to admit, that it doesn't look as smooth as it should. It seems a bit bulky, especially when you click "My Account" and the drop down opens. I believe with a bit more work, this could fit right in perfectly. In what way is it bulky - I dont understand - it is tucked away until the user actually goes to login and only when the user requests it does it open. I thought that was much better than placing a login box somewhere in the header or navigating them to yet another page? Which part is to bulky so I can try and understand where you are coming from. Grateful for the feedback guys!
websavers
Hi there, I like the slide-down panel quite a bit! I think perhaps what he means by bulky is that there appears to be a lot of extra horizontal spacing that could be condensed. The tallest part of the pane is the actual login form. Perhaps reduce spacing between the email address and password fields and buttons so that its height is about the same as the other two columns. This is personal preference, but when you hover over text links they 'expand' because they go from standard to bold weight. Some people might find this a bit jarring. I suggest making the animation for opening the panel faster - some people like being able to do things that they do often as fast as possible. That panel would slow them down just a bit. Not a problem per se, but it might improve usability slightly. Cheers, Jordan
