Packages Not Entering Amounts Automatically

I'm adding a package to a client's account. The package is visible on the list but when I choose it it does not add the "First Payment Amount" and the "Recurring Amount". I've created 3 accounts and ONLY 1 added the info in those fields.

 

I also tested it by changing the package but it does not automatically add the info in those fields - not sure why this is happening.
