Where do I go to select which emails I want sent automatically and which ones I don't want sent. Thanks!!

I'm adding a package to a client's account. The package is visible on the list but when I choose it it does not add the "First Payment Amount" and the "Recurring Amount". I've created 3 accounts and ONLY 1 added the info in those fields. I also tested it by changing the package but it does not automatically add the info in those fields - not sure why this is happening. Thanks!!

I just installed WHMCS and noticed that I cannot enter the same email for more than one account, also I can only add one email per account. I think this should be an option because in my case the client wants to use ONLY one email for all his accounts and would like the information sent to him also cc'd to another email address. However, I just installed the software so I'm not sure if there's a workaround for this but for now I feel stucked. Thanks in advance.
