jaatendi
Hi, I get this error when I attempt to import my WHM data: Connection Error Couldn't resolve host '70.86.180.154 ' (Code 6) - Check IP/Blocked Firewall Ports Also, I my daily cronjob report, I get the following message: - Manual Suspend Required: Robert Dale - starfalling.ca (Service ID: 3 - User ID: 3 - Error: (Curl Error) Couldn't resolve host '' - code: 6) Are these two errors indicative of the same underlying issue? I am new to WHMCs and have not configured everything yet. Thanks
MikeP
Do you have a firewall installed on the cPanel/WHM server? Is WHMCS hosted remotely? Does your cPanel/WHM server have cURL installed?
jaatendi
Hi, I had a space after my IP address under Setup -> servers, and when I got rid of that it seemed to import. I am not sure as I had already set up my 7 clients in WHMCS, but it appeared to be connected properly. I know CURL is installed, and don't know about the firewall. I am using a hostgator reseller account. I have whmcs installed in a sub directory of the root of my reseller hosting account. I am also getting the error message when I click on "suspend" in the "Clients Profile" section of WHMCS Thanks!
