ENOM Registrations: Error: Invalid Client IP (not the usual RTFM)

I have the following IP registered for use with the ENOM API: 85.x.x.x

This is the main IP of the server I use to make automated domain registrations. This IP has worked perfectly for a year or more with WHMCS and ENOM.

Recently, API registrations are failing with:

"Error: Invalid client IP: 10.7.0.81"

I do not recognise the IP 10.7.0.81, it is not my server IP and isn't configured anywhere on my system.

Do you have any idea why my API registrations would suddenly start failing with this IP?

All help is gratefully received!

Many thanks,

Ked

Ok, turned out to be a problem at ENOM's end rather than me going mental:

"Thank you for contacting Technical Support. I'll be happy to assist you.

I apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced from this issue. The error you were receiving was a bug in our system that should now be resolved. I have verified that the IP address, 85.x.x.x, has API access.

If you have any additional questions about this matter, please update this ticket and I will be able to help you during my assigned office hours."
