Hello!

I got a problem with the ticket system.

When a user send a mail to e.g support@myservice.com and use æ, ø or å in the message, the special chars changes in to '?' marks.

But when a customer replyes on a ticket, all the chars works fine. Its just the opening mail.

Is this a bug? If its not, how can i fix it? I use UTF-8 in my system.

Its also strange, that when the user get a reply that i ticket has been updated, all the chars works. But when i view the ticket in WHMCS, all the chars has changed in to question marks.
