Troy
Has anyone else noticed the DirectI module not working today? It's reporting "Website doesn't exist for [domain]" for all DirectI domains in the system. I've double checked the configuration and everything is good on both ends (WHMCS and ResellerClub). Before I report this in a ticket I wanted to see if this might be affecting others as well.
panamaserver
If you are a directi memeber you should get an email about their downtime. it should be working fine now.
Troy
I don't think that's it. The only maintenance notice I received says order box will be down for awhile on the 5th - Saturday. This is still an ongoing problem for us.

MikeDVB
I as well can confirm the same issue - we cannot use the WHMCS module to register domains or view information on existing domains. It looks like they changed their API system during the "downtime/maintenance"
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted June 8, 2010 WHMCS CEO Share Posted June 8, 2010 Hi, ResellerClub's support page advises that this issue should now be resolved. Apparently it was an error in the code introduced in their recent maintenance update. They've made an announcement @ http://nottechsupport.resourceserver.org/?p=625 detailing the issue. Regards, Matt

kikloo
Hello, I have recently installed WHMCS and I tried to register 2 different domains from it. But sadly both the times it gave me an error saying: 10/06/2010 07:44 Domain Registration Failed - Domain ID: 4 - Domain: theshakespeareassociation.com - Error: Domain Registration Error - Invoice is partly paid. After opening a ticket with WHMCS they say that it happens when my DirectI account lacks the funds. But this is not the case as my DirectI account is fully funded and there are no issues of funds whatsoever. If anyone has/is facing the same issue and has resolved it then please help me resolve it too. Thank you.
mihosting
I as well can confirm the same issue - we cannot use the WHMCS module to register domains or view information on existing domains. It looks like they changed their API system during the "downtime/maintenance" I have this same problem for the whole day. I have call directi and they told me that it is not their problem. That is the api with whmcs that has problems with them . I do not belived anything but this is what they are saying. My whole page get lock when I try to see, renew or buy any domain. Any comments about this?
kikloo
Hello, The workaround: I started using Resellerclub api instead of directI API and it works like a charm. Just configure the ResellerClub api and completely disable the directI api. This should resolve all issues. Thanks.
