skshost
So what are the requirements to use WHMCS outside of it's self? I'd like to use "www.yourname.com/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=001" as I contact page too. I think it's a good way to show off your support to your potential customers. I'd just like to display it outside WHMCS, but create a ticket. I currently have a completely independent contact form and it's a hassle to check that and tickets rather than just 1. Thanks.
bear
Rather than display it "outside" WHMCS, why not just link into the desk from your site? Seems to me a better method of introducing it would be to actually show it to people.
Idealws
If you are using WHMCS for support tickets you could make the contact form you already have email the inforamtion to the email address you are using for the ticket system. By using the piped email address it would create a ticket and solve the problem of having to look at them in 2 different places. Hope this helps.
