The FastCGI process exited unexpectedly for various WHMCS parts

Hello,

I've just installed test version of WHMCS on IIS 7.5 (application pool is set to 32bit compatibility mode) and PHP 5.2.13. IonCube is installed correcly (phpinfo() returns "with the ionCube PHP Loader v3.3.17, Copyright © 2002-2010, by ionCube Ltd."). Main / website is returning:

HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error
C:\Program Files (x86)\PHP\php-cgi.exe - The FastCGI process exited unexpectedly

but when I go to admin section most of its pages work correctly. So far I found that Payment Gateways is returning the same error. I've checked Windows Event log and I've found:

Faulting application name: php-cgi.exe, version: 5.2.13.13, time stamp: 0x4b8539de
Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 6.1.7600.16385, time stamp: 0x4a5bdb3b
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x00042445
Faulting process id: 0xb4c
Faulting application start time: 0x01caf84ee7235a75
Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\PHP\php-cgi.exe
Faulting module path: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ntdll.dll
Report Id: 6438ed38-6442-11df-bd6c-000c298697d3

which is not helping at all. Does anyone had similar issue?

Thanks in advance

UPDATE: I've updated PHP to latest 5.3.2, installed proper IonCube loader and now Payment Gateway section is loading without problems. Actually now I don't see any problems at all in administrator section but still I'm getting mentioned errors everywhere in client area.
