piping pop accounts

I have read http://wiki.whmcs.com/Email_Piping#Cron_Piping_Method but it does not address my problem.


I want WHM to create tickets from two email addreses for my support dept. support@domain1.com and support@domain2.com.


I have support@domain1.com using the cpanel piping email forwarder. It works well. But I have a parked domain support@domain2.com and I assumed this can't be piped with a forwarder. So I assigned it to the pop import section of the support Dept. in WHMCS, I then installed the cron. The problem I have is WHMCS sees the email, but the log states "Department Not Found".


It would seem to me I am misunderstanding how this works. I need to be able to get two different email addresses on the same server to route to my WHMCS Support Dept.
