!! Important !! ClamAV installations older than 0.95 will be disabled

If any of you have linux servers and use ClamAV for virus checking please note:

 

On 15 April 2010 all ClamAV installations older than 0.95 will be disabled. See http://www.clamav.net/eol-clamav-094/ for more details.

 

In a nut shell its because of a bug...

 

All ClamAV releases older than 0.95 are affected by a bug in freshclam which prevents incremental updates from working with signatures longer than 980 bytes.

My link will send the user to their browser locale... EG you are German it will send you to the German language so my link is the one people should use.
